Cristian Mitreanu is a management researcher and a business executive focusing on product and marketing. With a career that spans over twenty years, he led or played a key role in bringing to market innovative hi-tech and ed-tech products and services.

Cristian is the creator of the simulation game OFMOS (ofmos.com) and the author of the business picture book SPOINTRA AND THE SECRET OF BUSINESS SUCCESS (spointra.com) — both aimed at improving the way we understand, learn, and manage businesses. 

He founded TEDxUIUC at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (TED.com), and was published in the MIT Sloan Management Review and by the American Marketing Association.

Cristian holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Masters in Management and a Bachelors in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara (Romania). He has also studied at the Free University of Berlin (Germany) and the Open University Business School (UK).
